FEES COMPETENCY Training
Learn from someone who has been doing FEES for 20 years
FEES competency training is available for those who have done a FEES knowledge and skills course. It consists of supervision of at least 10 nasendoscopy insertions on non-dysphagics and 10 nasendoscopy insertions on people with dysphagia as well as 15 supervised FEES interpretation and reports. This is provided at your place of work, with your clients, so please consider if this will work in your setting.
How does it work?
You need access to your own caseload of people with dysphagia. Training and competency is provided in pairs.
