To be a FEES practitioner, you will need to cover essential theory in the procedural aspects of FEES, gain experience in rating abnormal findings, and obtain skills in using nasendoscopy to perform FEES.
This FEES course ensures that you cover all the knowledge required to perform FEES competently and safely, gain practice in scoring and interpreting FEES findings, and understand how to use nasendscopy to perform FEES.
The course covers everything you need to know including anatomy, swallowing physiology, risk management, FEES protocol and set up, therapeutic techniques, and scoring and reporting. Video practice of FEES studies ensures that you have plenty of opportunity to practice viewing, scoring and reporting FEES studies. You will have access to all the resources you need including scoresheets, examples of reports, quizzes and activities, and a final exam.
